Our whole beef option is great for the large families, people wanting to share a whole beef, or for those looking for a massive protein intake! This is also a great option if you are looking to get ALL of the cuts. This order comes with about 400-450lbs of premium quality beef. The price per pound of the finished and packed product is $17.50/lb (about $7,000-$7,875 total value)
Deposit
Once you place your deposit of $1,500 we send you a confirmation on your order and begin the process of raising your beef to the peak of perfection! (Deposit amount will be deducted from the final cost when final invoice is issued).
Butcher
Once your beef is ready to be processed it is sent to our USDA certified butcher where it is dry aged for 14 days.
Your Quarter Beef Includes About:
40% Premium Ground Beef: All in convenient 1 lb packages.
35% Savory Cuts: Roasts, stew meat (1lb packages). Additionally, you get all of the following cuts included: Brisket, flank steak, and tri-tip.
25% Steaks: Sirloin tips, top sirloins, New York strips, and rib eyes.
All of this will be delivered in eight 50-60lb boxes.
Final Invoice
Once your meat is completely packaged, we take a final weight of the product and send you a final invoice (minus the deposit you already submitted).
Once payment of the final invoice is completed, we will confirm a shipping date with you via email, ship the package and provide tracking on your delivery.
**Pricing includes fees for processing, butchering, and vacuum sealed wrapping. We do our best to be as transparent as possible so there are no surprises or confusion about the cost.
Freezer Space
Freezer space required for a quarter beef is about 16-20 cubic feet.
