What does grain finished mean?
Majority of the steers life it will consume grass. Ninety days prior to butcher we start to incorporate grain into their daily diet along with the grass they consume. We normally feed a mixture of wheat, corn, and barley and we have also fed peas, corn, and barley.
How do you ship to Alaska?
For our customers in Alaska, we utilize Alaska Air Cargo for our bulk beef delivery.
This is an airport to airport delivery service where the customers will need to pick up the beef at a designated airport pickup location.
Before the beef is shipped, we coordinate with the customer on what airport location you would like to pick up from.

Once the beef has arrived at the airport the customer has 24 hours to pick up the package. If the package is picked up after that 24 hour time frame, you are no longer eligible for a refund if the the product is thawed.
